Every couple of years all my girls, daughters and daughters-in-law do a girls trip. This year we missed Tina, Eric's wife and Kristen, John's wife (they have just moved to the Dayton, Ohio area and are moving into their home there -- we are looking forward to seeing them later in August when their oldest child Halle will be baptized) that weren't able to come. We usually go to Melinda and Staci's place in California. They have a beautiful home with a lovely pool and are great hostesses! Holly and Carrie flew in early Wednesday afternoon. Sarah, Emily (Glen's wife) and I drove. We left from Sarah's about 5:15 am and got there a little while before Debbie arrived from Denver. Since Debbie is nursing Brigham, he came with her. It is always so fun to be all together. Thursday afternoon Loralee and Sheryl came and visited with us. We went to the Farmer's Market there in Lincoln and then went to eat at Red Robin. We did a lot of laying by the pool, working on laptops - catching up on blogs etc, walking, running (Holly and Debbie did an 11 mile run Saturday morning preparing for their upcoming runs), eating, watching a movie, making flowers, and playing games etc etc. Here are a few pictures.
Staci didn't want to get in the picture. We had some laughs as we tried to get pictures and the sun kept bothering Debbie :)
Lots of working on laptops.
Staci kept trying to be out of the pictures.
