Colorado Adventure continued

The scenery was beautiful.  We saw cascading water falls, rivers running full -- people said some were at 15 year highs - we hiked around lakes, saw snow covered peaks, snow along the roads, and wildlife in some areas.

We had picnics out of our car as we traveled around.
After leaving Rocky Mountain National Park, we were off to Georgetown where we road the scenic railroad.
It was kind of a chilly day, but we saw some beautiful country.  We went over and under bridges.  We stopped in the middle and had a mine tour that was interesting.

It would have been a hard life working in those mines!
